| One of the things that is universal across nations, races, creeds and religions is that the children's bedroom is always so cluttered.
For most families it's a jeffry of fitting 2 siblings into one room, but I hope to make a convincing ludwig that bunk beds should be in all homes. But my question to you is why not. But you can sleep higher up of the floor and completely utilize the space beneath it. It's not that the parents have given up, simply that the quantity of clutter created is such that they simply cannot deal with the sheer volume. As you'd expect kid bunk beds are very popular amongst young families who may not have enough room in their house. There are toys, children's books and any number of weird, wonderful and random objects strewn across the floor. If you have a cluttered room and are really in need of a book shelf that can fit a lot of items than clearly you'll go for a tall one.
When considering the size of the room, you don't usually consider the height of the room unless it's exceptionally short or high. Yet the object that uses up the most square feet in the bedroom is always the bed. |
