Add floral patterns to the mix and you'll have a burst of 'girl power' in the room. Avoid using soft colours in the whole room. To bring out the feminine side to your girl, soft pastel colours are a good choice apart from the usual cotton candy pink. And cartoon prints would be considered 'outdated'.

So, what's appropriate for them. Instead, a mixture of just the right amount of soft colours and bright ones will have a more positive effect. They develop their own unique personality at a very tender age. Take your kid along on your hunt for your kid's linen and choose linens that go well with the room and your child's personality.
